Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo and these are processed using Paypal
Delivery Costs

UK Delivery is free on all orders (3-7 working days)

Eire/Europe delivery cost is £10.00 per order

International delivery contact us for a quote but is £15.00 a order minimum.
Delivery
We only deliver within the mainland UK, Eire & Europe. If you require delivery outside the UK, contact us at sales@milkbug.co.uk for us to arrange. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. We always aim to send your order upon receipt, subject to stock availability. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address where free delivery is not applicable. Whilst we endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery which are outside of our control.
Order not arrived
If your order has not arrived in 14 days from the despatch confirmation email we suggest you call your local sorting office via your local postoffice to check whether the parcel is waiting for you there. If not then please let us know and we will arrange a refund after 21 days has passed since the despatch date.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Refund and Exchange
We at Milkbug want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. If you are not totally happy with your items, you can return them to us within 10 days of the date you received them. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund - provided the items are returned in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed and still in their original packaging. Please ensure that you do not try on clothes whilst wearing perfume or deodorant which should stain the clothes. Also ensure that the items are not left in smoky environments. We will not be able to give refunds to items returned in these conditions.
Please complete the returns form in your package and send back to 41 St Margarets Road, Ruislip, Middx, HA4 7NZ. On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (except shipping and handling unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Please allow up to 14 days for a refund.
Where a customer has made a mistake in ordering an item which we have already shipped out, we reserve the right to reclaim the cost of postage £2.90 when applying a refund and where delivery has been free.
Returns policy on underwear and swimwear.
For hygiene reasons please ensure that all underwear and swimwear, is tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items where this policy has not been adhered to.
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
Returns on breastpumps
Please note that we do not allow refunds or exchanges on breast pumps, breast pads or any other initmate item unless faulty.
How to return/exchange
If you want to return an item, please complete the returns form and quoting your customer reference number on your invoice. Place the item/s and wrap them securely to avoid damage in transit and send your package back to the address as detailed on your returns email. We strongly recommend that you use registered post because liability cannot be accepted for any lost or damaged items. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of returning goods to us. Any exchanges will be sent out at no further cost.
