Sizing Information
The chart below is a guide to the sizes for our breastfeeding tops and dresses. Some manufacturers will vary slightly in the sizes, but we have ensured that all the sizes follow closely the guide below.
Nursing clothes are designed with the post-pregnancy figure in mind, and assumes for a slightly bigger bust, therefore we suggest to opt for the size you would normally wear unless you feel your size has changed from pre-pregnancy.
When measuring around the bust, measure around the fullest part to get an accurate measurement.
Size Guide:

Measuring Your Bust
Take this measurement wearing your everyday bra. Facing the mirror, wrap the tape measure around your back and bring forward to the fullest part of your bust. Check the mirror to make sure you've got a straight line.
Measuring Your Hips
Take this measurement wearing your everyday bra. Facing the mirror, wrap the tape measure around your back and bring forward to the fullest part of your bust. Check the mirror to make sure you've got a straight line.
Measure Your Waist
Put the end of the tape on your waist line and wrap the tape around your body until the tape overlaps with the starting point. Make sure the tape is horizontal (parallel with the floor) and not squeezing into your skin.
Some of our items may show slightly different sizes than the ones marked below, but we have ensured that all our items are labelled with the equivalent UK dress sizes to help you select the right size. i.e. XL is equivalent to 14 - 16 in some cases.
